Mama's an Italian Restaurant has been around for a while and the owner
Alex, recently made one third of 
the
premises into Willy's Rib Ranch specialising in Texas style food. The
restaurants have a small, wrought iron division between the two areas
and the kitchen caters for both. It can be described as an Italian Restaurant
rich in Italian influence and with excellent home made and individually
prepared pasta where many dishes are exceptional in quality. The Italian
side of the restaurant is decked with glass-topped tables and linen tablecloths
while the Rib Ranch is less formal. Each Restaurant has its own peculiarity
where Alex managed to match them both. It is impossible to describe all
that is on offer here, but on the Italian side it ranges from various
pastas (various sauces), always freshly made, through pizzas (choose a
topping from a good selection), to veal, seafood, prawn and steak dishes
plus some tempting specials, which include chicken.

The
Texan menu is completely different and quite typical, with ribs, steaks
and burgers - plus chilli con carne. Locals as well as foreigners become
at once familiar with Alex and the rest of the staff, since their hospitality
is beyond boundaries. You get plenty of smiles here too, but remember -
arrive hungry and eat slowly or the portions will defeat you. It is really
worth to mention that foreigners who happened to visit Fat Mama's left the
place with well recommendations mentioned in written through newspapers
and magazines. "Well fed and at a reasonable price" are comments from every
visitor. Considerable attention is given to detail and excellent service.
Every person here add considerably to everyone's enjoyment of the meal and
to the whole atmosphere. I am sure that you will agree that Fat Mama's is
excellent quality and value and you will need another visit to try the dish
you didn't select and which you spotted on the adjacent table. In the summer,
the outside area is spacious and well set back from the road.
