Villa Miranda is a modern, one floor villa situated in a quiet rural location and enjoys lovely views of the sparkling Mediterranean and the surrounding countryside.  Merely two kilometers away one can find a variety of shops and a few restaurants in Peyia village; of the same distance are the soft sandy beaches of Coral Bay for a nice relaxing day beside the sea.  Coral Bay also has a few shops, plenty of bars, cafés and restaurants, as well as several popular beachside taverns.

is amply provided with cupboard space, a dinning area seating six, all the necessary appliances and 
a cozy fireplace. 


Well equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge-freezer, electric oven, gas stove, toaster, microwave, iron and ironing board. Dining area seats six and features a fireplace.

1 master bedroom with double bed and satellite TV; 2 twins with two single beds each.  All bedrooms are fitted with wardrobes and doors opening on to verandas.

1 complete bathroom with bath, WC and washbasin; 2 shower room with shower, WC and washbasin. Twice a week a housekeeper is available 24hrs.		 Air-conditioning is available as a supplement (payable locally).  Cost is CYP 2.50 per unit per day.
The owner is willing to help you with any requirements that may arise (e.g. extra beds, baby cots, tables, chairs, etc.)
 Safe Deposit Box will be available (CYP 1.00 extra charge).
