Villa Miretta is a beautiful brand new villa with its own private swimming pool.  It is set in a quiet position and provides total privacy and a very high standard of furnishings and fittings throughout.  There are flourishing fruit trees including lemons, apples, peaches, tangerines, oranges, nectarines, plums, figs and a large variety of scented flowers.  There is also  a large area of grass with beautiful garden furniture.  It is situated halfway between Mesogi Village and Paphos and not far from the historic village and monastery of St Neophytos

You enter our villa from a large veranda into a highly impressive lounge area with classic furniture and dining table for your very romantic and special moments.  Leading off from here there is more informal sitting and dining area where you can find a satellite TV video CD radio system and a modern fireplace  In the same open plan area is  the kitchen which is well fitted in oak and comes complete with a second dinning table for your added comfort.  Also you can find a full oven and hob a large fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, tea-coffee making facilities kettle and all the usual utensils necessary for a fully equipped kitchen.  Next to the kitchen there is a utility room with dishwasher and second oven with hob. 

Outside the kitchen there is a large private terrace with beautiful  furniture and a covered barbecue area .  A few steps lead down from the terrace you can find the lovely swimming pool on a large paved area with sun beds and umbrellas.

Spacious Gardens
The three bedrooms are situated to the side of the villa with small balconies overlooking Mesogi Village and the other one is situated a few steps up into a special designed place overlooking the sparkling water of the Mediterranean. 		 lounge.jpg (11091 bytes)

Luxurious lounge
The bedrooms are comfortably furnished with fitted wardrobes bedside tables and lamps , also you can find an iron with board.  There are air conditioning units in all the bedrooms .  Central heating is also available upon request. The master bedroom has en-suite bathroom with shower washbasin and WC.  Also there is dressing room, chiffonier with mirror, hair dryer, a sofa and TV. On the same floor there is a full bathroom with en-suite bath washbasin and wc.  There is also a quest wc with washbasin downstairs. The owners live in an annex on the property so are available for any assistance you may need. RATES.
