Pavarotti's brings together the elegance of an aristocratic dining room and the aromatic smells of fresh herbs. Once these senses are triggered be prepared for a memorable evening.

Peter, the proprietor who is also your head chef was trained at Westminster Catering College in the UK and served his apprenticeship at the world-famous Harrods in Knightsbridge. From there he progressed to Catering Consultant within a multi-national organisation. This proved to be unsatisfying and now finds himself doing exactly what he was trained and enjoys most: creating delicious dishes with an Italian influence. He came back to Cyprus and settled in his native town of Paphos. The only thing he misses from the UK is the English sense of humour and can often be found in the dining room after cooking is finished enjoying a laugh and a joke with some of the clientele.
