Welcome to Argaka Village, Stay at Agathi or Stella  villas in Paphos Cyprus.

These 3 bedroom sister villas are both facilitated with private swimming pool boast both a panoramic view of the sea and mountain.
 

 

 

 


Bedrooms:
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 upstairs and 1 downstairs. Upstairs bedroom one has a double bed, the other has 2 beds of 3'6'' and the downstairs bedroom has also 2 beds of 3'6''. A baby cot is also available at the villa.
 


 

 Location:
Paphos district area, near Polis. The villa is situated in the coastal village of Argaka 1500m from the beach.

 

3 Bathrooms with W/C: 
The 2 bedrooms upstairs have an   en-suite bathrooms with WC, bath with shower attachment, washbasin.

The downstairs bedroom has the same facility as the upstairs bedroom but it is not en-suite. 
 


Dining room:
There is adequate seating for all quests

Kitchen:
A fully equipped kitchen to make the villa more operational.
Hobs and fan, Oven, Microwave, Fridge, Toaster, Griller,		 Swimming Pool:  
Private swimming pool 4x8 m with 1 ladder, also 6 sun-beds and 2 umbrellas. We take care about the maintenance and cleaning of the pool every 2-3 days or when necessary.
 


Living Room - Lounge:
Air-conditioners & Heating
There are 3 Air-Conditioning units for cooling and heating one in each bedroom. The use of Air-conditioning/heating units (optional) are charged extra with the additional cost of 3.00 Cyprus Pounds per day per unit.
Other facilities:
Washing machine for cloths.
Iron with board
hair dryer
Safe box
There is a professional BBQ where you can put in the outside area of the villa to cook your grilled meat using charcoals, or you can make our traditional "Cyprus souvla". 		 Linen and Towels:
Provided with villa's service once a week.

Entertainment:
TV 22'' with Satellite and local channels located in the lounge downstairs.
Hi-fi system with CD player, cassette player and radio.

There are sea view balconies and verandas accessed by any bedroom. The area of garden and swimming pool  has sea and mountain view
