Situated close to the fishing village of Latchi on the west coast of Cyprus, a beautiful new villa, one half of which is occupied by Demetrios, the owner and local businessman (who visits on weekends/holidays), the other half being a self contained unit offering excellent high standard accommodation. Latchi has a good selection of fish restaurants. Polis (5 minutes drive), is great for 'people watching' in the town square.
